Learn MoreThe homeless will be connected with a case manager where they will have access to resources such as emergency Medi-cal with onsite registration. A comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment will be conducted as well as a medical evaluation. Individuals will be routed to the appropriate resources based on their specific needs.
Candidates for Scholarship programs for sober/transitional housing and vocational support will be submitted to the board for review and approval. Candidates must display a desire to remain sober and acquire employment.
